Waze09 Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "you") and waze09 ("Company", "Platform", or "we") regarding the use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered through the waze09 platform.

Account Closure at Member's Request:

• Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the waze09 support team.
• Before closure is processed, all active bonuses will be cancelled and any legitimate remaining balance (after deducting any debts or liabilities) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.
• Accounts closed at a member's request may require a processing period of up to 3 business days.

Account Closure by waze09:

• If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, waze09 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any winnings associated with the violating activity.
• Waze09's decision regarding account closure due to a violation is final.

The waze09 platform is provided "as-is" and "as-available". waze09 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of information, or its fitness for any particular purpose.

• Waze09 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform.
